I am going to be posting what I'm eating as recipes. Something about me is that I managed to drop over a hundred pounds through diet and exercise. Along the way I have learned so much about nutrition and food. I am still learning so much and might as well share some of the foods i'm eating. I hope you find the food interesting or at least entertaining :D.

As for the youtube channel, i'm working on my first video still. I'm in no rush so expect something in the near future. Just subscribe to be notified when something finally releases.
