Toppings-
mushrooms 100 Grams (20Cal)
Pizza sauce 150 Grams+/- (60Cal)
Parmesan Cheese 5 Grams (20Cal)
Fat Free Shredded Cheese Moz. 84 Grams (135Cal)
Turkey Pepperoni 28 Grams (70Cal)
Onions 50 Grams (20Cal)
Tomatoes 69 Grams (12Cal)
Garlic 4 Cloves (16Cal)
Fat Free Feta Cheese 28 Grams (35Cal)

Side Salad:
Jalapeno Pepper 62 Grams (17Cal)
Carrots 200 Grams (82Cal)
Onions 50 Grams (20Cal)
Shredded Cabbage 416 Grams (100Cal)

Directions:
Cut Squash in half & Season with your favorite seasonings.
Bake Squash with vegetables (carrots+Peppers).
Pull out squash and cut again from halves to quarters.
